This January event has grown to an audience of almost 1,000 Board members.

Neda has attributed her success within her company and in Community Association Institute to her strong leadership skills, identifying her keen ability to recognize the strengths within her teams and direct those strengths to what people do best. Her other important job includes being a mom to a boy and girl, 9-year old twins and enjoys spending her free time with her family. She is also the mom to two rescued fur babies who were saved and brought to the states from South Korea. In her free time, she enjoys playing the piano, reading, sports, running and exercise, cooking, and has recently taken up golfing.
